ECG Testing
An Electrocardiogram (ECG) is a quick, non-invasive test that measures the electrical activity of your heart. It helps detect irregular heart rhythms, underlying cardiac conditions and potential risk factors that may affect your health, exercise capacity or athletic performance.
At Power Potential, ECG testing is used for heart health screening, pre-participation athletic assessments and the investigation of symptoms such as chest discomfort, palpitations, dizziness or unexplained fatigue.
Results are reviewed by our clinical team and, where required, referred to a cardiologist for further evaluation and clearance.
Why It Matters for You
Some heart conditions may not cause obvious symptoms. Early screening can help to:

What to Expect During Your Session
- A quick, painless test lasting approximately 10–15 minutes
- Small adhesive electrodes placed on the chest, arms and legs
- You will rest quietly while your heart activity is recorded
- Results reviewed and explained by our clinical team
- Referral to a cardiologist if further assessment is recommended
