Contrast therapy combines hot and cold water immersion to support recovery, reduce muscle soreness and enhance circulation.
At Power Potential, our recovery pools include a 38°C hot plunge and a 7°C cold plunge, designed to stimulate your body’s natural recovery processes, improve circulation and support both physical and mental performance. Alternating between heat and cold helps accelerate recovery after training, competition or physical stress.

What to Expect During Your Session
- Guided access to both hot and cold recovery pools
- Recommended contrast routine:
- Beginner: 30 seconds cold × 6–8 rounds
- Intermediate: 1 minute cold × 6–8 rounds
- Alternate with hot immersion between cold exposures
- Sessions typically last 10–20 minutes
- Suitable after training, for general recovery, or as a mental reset
