Anna graduated in physiotherapy in Italy from the University of Novara in 2021 and later completed a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Disorders in 2024 at the University of Genoa.

From the beginning of her academic journey, Anna has been passionate about the musculoskeletal field and has pursued her career directly within this area. Following her academic training, she has worked between Italy and Switzerland in specialised clinics focused on orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong emphasis on post-injury rehabilitation.

Throughout her clinical experience, she has been involved in the management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, particularly post-operative orthopaedic cases and sports-related injuries.

Anna has developed a strong interest in evidence-based rehabilitation approaches aimed at restoring function, improving performance, and facilitating a safe return to activity after injury. She is also currently working as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Genoa, contributing to teaching and academic activities in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

She has further expanded her clinical expertise by completing a Master’s degree in lymphatic drainage and lymphatic disorders management, with a focus on the treatment of lymphatic-related conditions.

Following her graduation, Anna also completed a clinical internship in Manchester in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, gaining valuable international experience and insight into different clinical approaches and rehabilitation perspectives.

Beyond the clinic, Anna has a strong personal sporting background, having practised competitive artistic swimming for 12 years. She continues to maintain an active lifestyle through swimming, running, and gym-based training, which contributes to her understanding of athletic performance and rehabilitation.
